Sameer Abdullah Nass, Chairman of the Bahraini Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), participated to the Bahrain-China Business Forum in Shenzhen, China, under the initiative of the Bahrain Economic Development Board.
Nass pointed out that "the Chamber's participation to this Forum aimed at attracting Chinese investments to the Kingdom.” All facilities and incentives offered to investors by Bahrain were explored and the investment opportunities between the two sides were discussed.
He added: "the Chamber and Bahraini private sector aspire to open more means of cooperation and coordination with China, particularly in the economic, industrial and development fields, as Bahrain's investment environment is suitable for foreign investments due to the availability of laws and legislations attractive to investment, and the position of Bahrain as the gateway of the Gulf Arab markets."
