World Bank report, showed that the Kingdom of Bahrain surpassed all Arab countries by occupying the top position in the Human Capital Index, holding the 47th position out of 157 world countries, thus advancing over many countries such as Iran, Turkey, Malaysia, Argentina, Brazil, and others.
The report examines the extent, to which the countries of the world invest in their human capital in quantity and quality in order to promote economic growth; it also identifies the contribution of the education and health sectors in the productivity of the human capital that is expected to be achieved by future generations. Countries can use this indicator to assess their success or failure in developing their human resources and taking care of their human capital.
