Sameer Abdullah Nass, Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) met with the President of the Council of Saudi Chambers Dr. Sami Al Obaidy, accompanied by the Secretary General of the Council Dr. Saud Abdulaziz Al-Mashari at the BCCI headquarters, to discuss ways to enhance cooperation and joint coordination between the two sides in order to serve the private sector in both kingdoms to support the process of joint economic development.
Nass stressed on “the need to unite efforts and joint economic systems to promote the private sector to achieve a unified Gulf economic bloc”, praising the distinguished historical, political, economic and social relations between the leaders and peoples of the two sisterly kingdoms.
For his part, Dr. Sami Al Obaidy stressed on “the importance of continuing joint meetings between the Saudi and Bahraini sides in order to achieve the principle of partnership between the private sector in both countries.” He called for "the importance of activating the economic files and activating the joint projects between the two sides to contribute directly to the development of business sectors in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. "
