Al-Obaidy’s notes came during the Saudi-Omani Economic Forum, which is hosted by the Omani capital Muscat jointly organized by the General Authority for Investment and the General Reserve Fund in Oman to discuss investment opportunities and cooperation between the business sectors in both countries.
He added: "The forum comes in the light of the general trend towards strengthening economic relations with the brothers in the Sultanate of Oman with the support of all government and private sectors in the Kingdom to cooperate in the economic fields and exploit the trade and investment opportunities available, thus contributing to raising the level of trade between the two countries which did not exceed SAR 9 billion until 2017 ".
