An economic delegation from the Arab-Austrian Chamber, headed by the President of the Arab-Austrian Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Werner Fasslabend, visited the headquarters of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in the presence of representatives of local government bodies and a number of business owners.
For more than 60 years, the two countries have worked with trust, respect, and a shared vision for a better future, and today this partnership is stronger than ever. Kuwait and Austria have also taken new and important steps to deepen relations through the exchange of high-level delegations and the opening of new channels of dialogue and cooperation. The bilateral agreement on investment protection, combined with strong economic opportunities and tax treaties, makes Austria an ideal destination for Kuwaiti investors seeking long-term growth.
For his part, Dr. Werner Fasslabend thanked the Chamber for the good organization and reception, stressing the depth of the historical relations between the two countries and the keenness to preserve and develop them. He explained that Austria, although it is medium-sized, enjoys a strategic location among 8 large European countries, and is characterized by advanced industries and advanced technology.
