Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune revealed that the government investment agency has 11,000 local and foreign investment projects, noting that Chinese investments have become more strategic than before.
President Tebboune explained, "Algeria has begun implementing its own investments and opened its economy to foreign investors, thanks to the new investment law, and we have about 11,000 projects registered with the National Agency for Investment Promotion." The Algerian Agency for Investment Promotion revealed that it had registered more than 11,000 investment projects worth nearly four billion dollars, which could contribute to creating 285,000 job opportunities, including 82 foreign direct investments and 136 projects in partnership with foreigners.
