Kuwait Expects Economic Growth of 2.6 Percent in 2025

The Kuwaiti Minister of Finance, Noura Al-Fassam, revealed, "The wheel of development in Kuwait will move, as economic growth is expected to be in the range of 2.6 percent in 2025."

Minister Al-Fassam pointed out that "we are optimistic in Kuwait for the near future with the increase in capital spending, as we seek to diversify the economy and carry out serious financial and economic reforms to achieve a resilient and sustainable economy."

"Kuwait is focused on attracting investments in the renewable energy, infrastructure, tourism and technology sectors, and aspires to increase the proportion of non-oil revenues to 10 percent initially, with the hope of reaching higher rates like other Gulf countries," she noted.
