Saudi Arabia's 2025 Budget Revenues Worth 1.18 Trillion Riyals

The Saudi Council of Ministers, headed by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, approved the kingdom's 2025 budget, which estimated revenues at 1.184 trillion riyals and total expenditures at 1.285 trillion riyals.

The Saudi budget for 2025 revealed an estimated deficit of 101 billion riyals, about 2.3% of GDP for the fiscal year 2025. The deficit is in line with the government's initial forecast in September of about 2.3% of GDP.

Total spending in 2025 is expected to be around 1.285 trillion riyals, in line with the September forecast, and is likely to equate to around 30 percent of GDP over the next three years.
