President-elect Donald Trump has vowed to impose high tariffs on America's three biggest trading partners - Canada, Mexico, and China.

Trump revealed that 25 percent tariffs would be imposed on products from Mexico and Canada until they crack down on drug trafficking as well as migrants crossing the border illegally. As for China, Trump has pledged to impose an additional 10% tariffs on goods coming from China. The president-elect accused China of not taking strong enough measures to stem illicit drug flows crossing the border into the United States from Mexico.

"On Jan. 20, under my many first executive orders, I will sign all the necessary documents to impose 25 percent tariffs on all products coming from Mexico and Canada to America, and until they stop that, we will impose additional 10 percent tariffs on China, on top of any additional tariffs, and on all of its many products that come to America," Trump said.
