Saudi Arabia's non-oil revenues in the third quarter of 2018 jumped 48% from a year earlier, while government spending increased 25% during the same period.
The Saudi Council of Ministers praised both progresses made in the Economy, which have effectively contributed to supporting economic growth".
These positive developments come at a time when Saudi Arabia announced next year's budget for 2019, with total expenditure in the budget expected to reach 1.106 trillion riyals, (295 billion dollars), higher than the expected spending at 7% during this year. The Saudi Ministry of Finance announced that this spending comes in the pursuit of the objectives of economic growth.
