The delegation of the Arab-Brazilian Chamber headed by Hannun discusses the prospects for cooperation with Qatar Chamber

A delegation of the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce headed by the President of the Chamber, Rubens Hannun, and in the presence of the Secretary General of the Chamber Tamer Mansour, visited Qatar Chamber of Commerce, where the delegation met the first deputy head of the Qatar Chamber, Muhammed Bin-Ahmed Bin-Towar Al-Kuwari, where they discussed the strengthening of cooperation and investment relations between Qatar and Brazil, and to explore available opportunities and areas of cooperation between the Qatari and Brazilian private sector, as well as inviting the Qatari side to participate in the work of the Arab-Brazilian Economic Forum to be held next April in the Brazilian city of São Paulo.

In this regard, Al-Kuwari pointed out that "the relations between Qatar and Brazil are developed and cover many areas," noting that "Brazil is a large and promising market and abounds with many investment opportunities that attract Qatari business owners."

For his part, Hannun explained that "there is a Brazilian interest in strengthening cooperation with the Qatari side," noting that "Brazilian business owners are interested in opening new fields of cooperation with their Qatari counterparts, as well as in bringing Qatari investments to Brazil."

He stressed the role of the Qatar Chamber in promoting rapprochement between the Brazilian and Qatari private sector, inviting the Chamber and the Qatari private sector to participate in the work of the Arab-Brazilian Economic Forum to be held on April 14, 2020 in the city of San Paulo, stressing that the forum is a unique opportunity to open new areas of cooperation between all Arab Countries and Brazil.
