Jordan: Digitization of 50% of Government Services

The Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship in Jordan, Ahmed Al-Hanandeh, revealed that Jordan has developed a strategy for digital transformation until 2025.

Al-Hanandeh explained in an interview with Al-Arabiya Business on the sidelines of the World Government Summit held in Dubai, that "Jordan was able to move steadily towards achieving the executive plan related to the strategy, and it was flexible and would not respond to all current changes."

He revealed the digitization of more than 50 percent of government services, which constitute more than 90 percent of the group of government service movements, in addition to activating one million digital identities.
