The Arabian Gulf region has witnessed an acceleration in private aviation activity, led by Saudi Arabia and then the UAE and Qatar, as the business sector accelerates and intra-regional traffic grows, in addition to increasing demand from outside the region, according to information from a private aviation company in the region.

According to Vista, a Dubai-based business travel services company, the Middle East continued during the first quarter of 2023 as one of the company's main markets, while Europe was one of the main destinations for flights departing from the Middle East, with France, Switzerland and the United Kingdom being the most sought-after countries in this regard. In addition, the most frequent departure routes for regional flights within the Middle East were UAE to Saudi Arabia and the reverse route.
