Al Mazrui Discusses Prospects for Economic Cooperation with Brazil and Bangladesh

The Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce team visited the headquarters of Abu Dhabi Chamber and the headquarters of the Khalifa Industrial Zone (KIZAD) affiliated to Abu Dhabi Ports, with the aim of strengthening commercial relations with the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

H.E. Abdulla Mohamed Al Mazrui, the President of the Union of Arab Chambers, the President of the Federation of Chambers in the UAE and the Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, received the Chamber’s delegation at the Abu Dhabi Chamber headquarters, which was headed by Osmar Chohfi, the President of the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Tamer Mansour, the Chamber’s Secretary General, and Mr. Rafael Solimeo, the Head of the Chamber’s International Office In Dubai, and Mr. Shaheen Ali Shaheen, the regional advisor to the Gulf Cooperation Council, Yemen and Iraq, and Fernanda Balthazar, the Director of Institutional Relations for the Chamber.

The Chamber's delegation, headed by Chohfi, also visited the headquarters of Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where they were received by H.E. Abdullah Mohammed Al Muwaiji, the Chamber's Chairman, and Mr. Mohamed Al Janahi, the Executive Director of the Trade Development and International Relations Sector.

In a separate context, President Al Mazrui met H.E. Mohammad Abu Zafar, Ambassador of Bangladesh to the UAE, in the presence of Mohamed Helal Al Mheiri, Director General of Abu Dhabi Chamber. During the meeting, they discussed areas of joint economic and commercial cooperation between the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the Republic of Bangladesh, and ways to achieve distinguished bilateral partnerships that serve the growing relations and contribute to finding new investment opportunities and fields.
