el-Sisi: We need LE 18 trillion to Solve the State’s Problems

The Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi said during a speech at the inauguration of the 7th edition of the National Youth Conference, that Egypt needs a budget of one trillion dollars, which is less than what is needed, and for that the problems are accumulating. He also pointed out that "we need 18 trillion pounds to solve all the problems of the state."

He added: "We are in the right direction, and without the implementation of the economic reform plan, Egypt’s situation would be worse, because we did not have the enough revenues to provide the factory supplies and make changes in the poorer villages, so that we can eliminate our problems and put Egypt in the place we wish to be."

el-Sisi said that "the decent life is maximizing what we have and developing a vision of the state to provide the best solutions to some of the aggravated problems through such initiatives in order to improve our economy, and there are vigorous efforts to remedy the chronic problems such as the problem of electricity and the elimination of power outages throughout Egypt and improve the sanitation and improve drinking water, so we need to work and be patient so that we can change our reality, Egypt must change to get to New Egypt in the next two years.
