International Monetary Fund: Saudi Economy Ranks 19th Globally

According to data released by the International Monetary Fund, the Saudi economy will achieve a significant increase in value by 2020. The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) will rise to about $ 776.28 billion dollars, compared to $ 683.83 billion in 2017, an increase of 92.45 billion dollars, which is equivalent to 346.7 billion riyals, which will make the Saudi economy ranked 20th globally by 2020.
According to the report, the Saudi economy has risen in value this year, compared to $ 684 billion in 2017, ranking 19th in the world in 2018.
Over the past years, the Kingdom's economy has achieved a qualitative leap in its ranking among the world's economies, jumping from 43rd in the world in 1970 to 19th in 2018 with a gross domestic product expected at $ 698 billion dollars.
