Sameer Nass Discusses Boosting Economic Cooperation with France

Sameer Abdullah Nass, the Chairman of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, pointed to "the desire of the Bahraini private sector to develop the economic and investment relations with the Republic of France and to increase the volume of trade exchanges between the two friendly countries in various fields and economic sectors,” saying that “it is necessary to exploit all of the investment chances offered by both the French and the Bahraini sides, in order to raise the rate of bilateral trade between the two countries."
Nass’s words came were during his meeting with the President of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Bahrain (FCCIB) Mr. Jean-Christophe Durand accompanied by a number of board members, where they discussed ways to strengthen the joint economic ties between the two chambers through increasing coordination and cooperation in the field of research of the available commercial, industrial and investment opportunities.
For his part, Duran praised the distinguished political and economic relations between the Republic of France and the Kingdom of Bahrain, expressing his country's aspiration to develop and strengthen various aspects of trade and economic cooperation with Bahrain in various fields and sectors of trade, industry, and investment.
